Placeholders
This set of pieces is designed to be used collectively as placeholders at a silver service.
Traditionally, the lighting of a dinner is static, often a bold centrepiece, but untouchable and isolated from the dinner guests. The aim of my placeholders is to provide each guest with their own lighting that is theirs to interact and play with as they choose.
Individually, each piece represents a single form of a dining experience, loosely based on number idioms.
