‘Placeholders’, is a series of candleholders designed to be used collectively at a silver service. Individually each candle holder in the set is representative of a different dining experience. For instance, the centerpiece “Two’s Company, Three’s a Crowd” is designed for a dinner of three people.
 
Two’s Company, Three’s a Crowd is the tallest of the set which allows it to be used whilst surrounded by the other pieces. Two of the candles mirror each other, rotating and dancing, while the third interrupts, moving out of sync and between the others.
